Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meetwell (the "Service"), operated by Dominic Drew. By creating an account or using Meetwell, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Meetwell does

Meetwell lets you connect a calendar (Google, Microsoft, or an iCal/CalDAV feed) and share your free/busy availability with members of project groups you join, to help coordinate meetings across organizations.

2. Your account

You sign in using a third-party account (Google or Microsoft). You're responsible for maintaining the security of that account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your Meetwell account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Project groups and invites

When you create or join a project group, you're choosing to share your free/busy availability with the other members of that group. You're responsible for who you invite to a group you own. Removing yourself from a group stops sharing your availability with that group going forward.

5. Third-party calendar providers

Meetwell depends on Google, Microsoft, and/or iCal/CalDAV feeds to read your free/busy status. We aren't responsible for outages, inaccuracies, or changes to those third-party services that affect Meetwell's functionality.

6. Termination

You may stop using Meetwell and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Disclaimers

Meetwell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that free/busy data will always be perfectly accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominic Drew won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed meetings or scheduling errors.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use of Meetwell after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
